Terms of Service
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of r3vio (the “Service”), operated by [COMPANY] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
2. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data and for having the right to upload any documents you import.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other organizations' data, reverse-engineering the Service, uploading unlawful content, or using it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. AI-assisted features
Some features use third-party AI models to extract information from documents you upload. These features are provided on a best-effort basis and may produce errors; you are responsible for reviewing and confirming extracted data before relying on it. Do not upload documents you are not permitted to process.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. r3vio is a business-management tool, not accounting, legal, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Organization owners can export Customer Data from Settings while the account is active. On termination, you may request a reasonable export period before deletion, subject to legal obligations.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact
