Information we collect

Account information: your name, email, and organization details. Customer Data: the customers, manufacturers, products, orders, and documents you enter or upload. Billing information: handled by Stripe; we store only a customer/subscription reference, never full card numbers. Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sub-processors

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI document extraction, when you use those features). Documents you submit to AI features are sent to the AI provider only to perform the requested extraction.

Data storage and security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers and protected by organization-level isolation and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Data retention and deletion

We retain Customer Data while your account is active. Organization owners can export their data from Settings at any time. Following a verified account-deletion request, we aim to delete or anonymize Customer Data from the active Service within 30 days, subject to a requested export period, provider backup cycles, and any legal retention obligation.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these, contact us at the support address listed in your account.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
